Breakfast was fantastic and had a beautiful sunroom to sit in to eat. Parking was on site and free, small spaces, but that's normal. The facility is right next to the highway, which I didn't quite see in the pictures, so our seaview room looked over that. It was a good stay.

Wife and I got there several hours early straight off the plane. Staff was friendly, and provided recommendations for what to do in the meantime. The room was described in my booking as having a deep soaking tub but the first room only had a shower. After requesting another room with a tub they finally put us is 301. It had a tub and flimsy shower attachment but I enjoyed the bath. Thé portable air conditioning unit had a large hose attached which drained out the sliding door onto the balcony. This required the sliding door to remain open. The air conditioning in the rest of the suite didn’t work very well. Anna at breakfast was amazing as usual and prepared a boxed breakfast for us as we departed at 2am

Everyone was so friendly, and a joy to be around. All the staff was amazing. I loved that a member of your staff got our rental car. Everyone at Solar was really amazing and incredible and made our journey in Portugal start and end on a fantastic note. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that I know here in Canada when they go to Portugal!

The room was not clean upon arrival—we found a cigarette butt on the floor as soon as we checked in. The bedroom and bathroom were also very cold, even after we tried increasing the heater temperature. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the view was disappointing, as it overlooked the parking lot and railroad. The photos on Expedia only showed ocean views, and none indicated the railroad, which was misleading

I was there for a meeting in Taguspark, the location is good alsince it is less than 15 minutes by uber. The area of the hotel is also nice, just the hotel is very close to a main street and train tracks, nevertheless the room was quite, but you can hear the noise in the garden and swimming pool area. If you are interested in the view, make sure to ask for it, since some rooms do not have it. Overall it was a nice stay for 1 night for work, with the benefit of the swimming pool and sea nearby, breakfast was good and personal was nice.
