Stunning and luxurious hotel with amazing rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve ever had. Only let down for such a beautiful hotel was the shower screen was old and stained. It won’t put us off booking again!

I give this establishment a very good to excellent rating as my room was clean and very comfortable. I would say the only area of imporvment is their locker for use of the pool and the gym does need upgrading also it would be good to have a spinner to dry the swimsuite after swimming. The shower area need serious upgrade. The breakfast was good and planty.

This hotel was easily accessible and the car park is a good size. It's in a great location for the city centre, which is a few minutes walk away. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I struggle to sleep in new places, but I had no issues here. All of the staff were lovely and helpful and happy to answer any queries. We sat in the bar area in the evening for a drink and it was cosy feeling, relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and I wish I could have tried more of the food, but I was full. Would definitely stay here again, and try to make use of the gym and pool next time.

Hotel is fine. Breakfast was fine. Room had no working air-conditioning but after making a call we were upgraded to another room where the air-conditioning was working so everything was fine.

In a nicely refurbished on room on the 3rd floor. Lovely decor. Could do with a shelf in the shower and the glass side is not long enough to avoid the floor getting wet. I
