Everything was great. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was that the shower door was not very stable. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The location was excellent, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

We chose the room with a view when offered over the quiet room. Choose the quiet room. The bar next door is constantly loud especially during an Arsenal game. Staff moved us the second night. Luckily there was an alternative available when we asked early the next morning. Staff exceptionally helpful even before we had our request. Near Tivoli, Christianborg and Metro station so location worked great for us

Noise is a problem at this hotel. Notice their fine print says "Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed." and they sure cannot! The hotel is located next door to an extremely noisy sports bar whose patrons scream and shout afternoon, evening, and night. However, even when the bar is closed the hotel is noisy and other guests closing doors, climbing the stairs, and walking the hallways are heard within your room at all hours of the day. The hotel is very centrally located and affordably priced for Copenhagen, but bring earplugs.

Quick check in, helpful staff and nice bar. Room wasn’t very clean, there was blood on the mattress and white stains on the curtains. There is a clock tower nearby that rings every 15 minutes until midnight, if you want an early night maybe bring earplugs. Location is ok, there is a pub next door that can be a little loud when sports are on, but nothing too bad.
