I had an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. The hospitality was exceptional, the food was excellent, and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. It’s rare to stay somewhere that gets so many things right, but this hotel truly delivered. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for great service, great food, and an overall unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back.

We spent 4 days off season. The hotel was quiet and very enjoyable. Weather was great. Staff very attentive. Asked for late check out but it was going into a holiday weekend so it was denied. With 125 rooms I felt a 1:00 check out was not to much to ask. Still had 3 hours to get the room ready for a 4:00 check in. Other than that little hiccup stay was great!!!

Excellent! We’ve been visiting the Edgewater for over 10 years. There is no better place to stay in Naples. Spacious rooms, great staff, clean, beautiful beach, restaurant, pool bar service and family friendly. We stay here at least 5 times a year and it always best in class. Staff at bar is very friendly and it is our favorite place to stay in Florida!

Great staff! Friendly and supportive of our needs with a baby and a birthday celebration in our group! Loved everyone as they were attentive and helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel for its location and beautiful setting, but mainly because of its people. Love the welcome champagne and all hotel amenities. Thank you for the birthday cake and wine. Sincerely, A thankful guest!
