We choose it because of its central location
The Management have a Cleaning fee added onto the price of the stay, I wouldn’t object to that in Principle if the place was actually clean.
One of the Guests left a Fillet O’Fish on the back of the toilet and it was still there 48 hours later. The Cleaners do clean the rooms good, but nobody checks the property. I think the Cleaners come in to do a room when it is vacated.
The Taps on the bathroom sink do not work. There is a water pump over the sink that also does not work.
I had the unfortunate luck to drop my soap in the bathroom, when I picked it up there were lots of hairs from the floor stuck to it.
The outside appearance is terrible, see photos. To be fair I’m not sure there is much that can be done about graffiti.
I tried to call the number the day before arrival but got a message to check the number and try again, I did and got the same. I in my wisdom thought let me try to WhatsApp the number, it worked. The only communication we had before our stay and on the day of Checkout was via WhatsApp Absentee Landlord. We were unable to get instructions about Checkin until after we paid the Cleaning fee and provided a screenshot of evidence of payment.
This Property should not be allowed for paying guests or even non paying guests. This is the worst I have every stayed in
