This was a very cute historic hotel in a very great location, close to shops and food and just about 12-15 min walk to the train station. No matter were you go there are stair bridges all over Venice. The hotel had a nice selection for breakfast including tea and coffee.

Amazing stay with great morning breakfast more than expected. Reception Nadia and her colleague were wonder helpers. Suggest two restaurants to eat both have good lunch and dinner and very close to the hotel. If I visit Venice I will definitely stay with them again.

Great location and wonderful staff in a cool authentic Venetian hotel. Hotel itself was a bit tired. The towels, bedding and furniture was well worn. No air conditioning before April 15th. Overall, a good value and nice place to stay in an expensive tourist city.
