Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel doesn’t look the greatest from the outside but the room was gorgeous, really spacious with a little kitchenette, coffee machine & complimentary pods. The staff were so friendly & very patient with my rather rusty French. Great location-about 30 mins on bus from airport & we walked into town & the lake. You get a free travel pass for Geneva when you stay too!

We had a great stay as a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Really spacious apartment room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good location. Reasonable priced car parking 15 minutes walk away or a short tram ride away. Staff were really helpful and responded quickly by email prior to our arrival. Free Geneva travel passes were included.

Geneva is a very expensive city so this is the most expensive 3 star hotel that i have every stayed in. Location is very near the lake, so excellent. Its an ok hotel, but needs refurbishment. Booked a family room. There was a musty smell probably from carpet, but room was clean, had a kitchinette (no oven). Basic Breakfast included

The welcome we received at the hotel was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready early, spotlessly clean and a generous space for 4 adults. The kitchen area with fridge was also very useful. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a great many choices.

Excellent location and so accommodating! Our flight was delayed for overnight and Olhane arranged for us to move our reservation back by a day. The apartment was huge and having the complimentary Geneva card made getting around super smooth.

The check in was very fast and efficient. The morning front desk person with long hair was very helpful. They have no trolley to take your suitcases upstairs but she helped us to bring them in. The rooms are very spacious but outdated. The dinning table’s chairs need to be replaced. Perfect location.
