Property is currently undergoing renovation, so that impacted the outdoor cleanliness of the property. However, the pool had debris in it and should have been cleaned, housekeeping neglected to gather a few items from previous guests (used towel behind bathroom door and a comb in the vanity drawer). Dishwasher flap did not open, so as dishwasher was run, essentially, no soap was used. Staff members were all positive and responsive to our concerns.

Room was surprisingly large; pullout bed in the couch was more comfortable than anticipated; staff was very pleasant.

Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above.

6/10 Good

The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. Luckily we had an extra sheet from the pull out couch bed we could cover the mysteries with. Overall, the rooms were just dated but it did look like they were mid-update on the hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was exactly what we needed and parking was easy.

Kitchen

We needed a place that we could cook in any this room was great. The 2 burner cook top is just what I was looking for. Having 2 separate rooms was a nice addition.

The hotel is in a great location- needs some TLC. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and some rooms had very strong bleach/cleaning solution smell.
