Disgustingly Dirty and Felt Unsafe

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It felt unsafe and it was filthy. We were unable to lock our door using the swing bar lock as it was broken. The mirror was filthy with splatter marks all over it, the tub had multiple hairs and an orange colored film, the waste basket had a disgusting substance, towels appeared dirty, and countertops were not wiped clean. This room looked like it hadn’t had maid service for months. It appears people live at the hotel as I saw a cat in one window, an outdoor grill, and lots of junk/personal belongings on the outside balcony. You could hear people coming and going during late hours and a car alarm going off. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed one night, I was traveling through Virginia. The room just wasn’t clean it is what it is. Lots of stains on furniture, scratches on walls, wear and tear, I understand it is pet friendly, I was traveling with a pet myself but was charged $20 for my 4 pound Pom who could never do any damage to anything and the room was completely damaged from other pets so if y’all charging this extra pet fee where is it going to fix the pee stains on the couch and scra

Check-in was easy. the Desk Clerk was very polite and helpful. the King Room was clean, the heater worked well and the television had many channels to watch.

Todo muy bonito en fotos, pero en realidad fue pésimo. Empezando porque no hay nadie que te reciba en el mostrador, debes coger un teléfono y llamar para que vengan. Me dieron una habitación y el baño está súper sucio, el piso, la nevera y demás. Fui nuevamente a la recepción a reclamarlo y me dieron otra habitación un poco más “limpia” pero de igual manera higiene no había. No hay opción de escoger una habitación para NO fumadores, y ese olor a cigarrillo estaba impregnado en toda la habitación. Habían insectos muertos, el control del televisor no servía, las paredes tenían la pintura pelada, las toallas estaban poco acomodadas e inclusive la cama tenía pelos de otra persona y manchas. Para completar, en la mañana bajé a las 9:15am para hacer la entrega de la habitación y desayunar ya que lo “incluía” y ya se había acabado porque solo era de 7-9am lo cual ese horario del desayuno no está especificado en ningún área. Perdí completamente mi dinero y fue horrible.

Sometimes you do not get what you do not pay for. The price was good but this property is worn and poorly maintained. Check in was a challenge. No information was shared about the wifi, or tv system or phone which did not work. When I went to the office the second time to speak with a person I was allowed in. She told me the phone and TV worked (they did not). Her brother responded and fixed it. He was helpful. Contrary to the web Orbitz listing there was no breakfast. If price is your first consideration this is your place. Otherwise....
