Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. Breakfast was delicious we loved it and again checkout was easy. Cheerful and helpful staff, clean hotel and delicious healthy breakfast. Thank you hotel Sun!!!

Poor Hotel

They did not provide any person at the check in counter, we only use a machine to get the contact with the hotel. This procedure takes more than 20 mins. After we got the room no. and the code enter the room, inside is terrible. Everything is too old fashioned and not clean. We do not recomand anybodies to book this hotel

建物は元ラブホテルの様ですが、現在はビジネスホテルになっています。 今回チェックイン時高崎駅から徒歩で向かいましたが、25-30分ぐらいとかなり距離がありました。 駐車場はかなりの台数分あります。高崎駅からまでは、歩いて10分ぐらいの距離にバス停があります。 近くにコンビニ等ありませんが、部屋からUber Eatsで頼むことが出来るので、それもありかと思います。

大人３人で利用しました。宿泊費に対して朝食内容がとても満足でした。美味しかったです。 部屋は、椅子がないのと、荷物置き台が足りないです。ソファベッドは背中が痛すぎて寝れず、使用してません。女性客用アメニティなどあったらまた利用すると思います。

無料朝食の内容は、無料なので目をつむるって感じです。 シャワーしかないのは承知で予約しましたが、トイレの床までビショビショになるのは、気持ち悪くて閉口しました。 シャワーのお湯もあらぬ方向に飛んで行くので不便で仕方ありません。 昭和の時代以来です。あんなシャワーヘッドは。 元ラブホテルなんですね。 清潔なのかもしれませんが設備の古さと不便さで、色々不快に感じてしまいます。 鍵の閉め方が分からないおじさんのお客さんが怒鳴りながらドアを蹴っているのを見た時は恐ろしくて、安さにつられて予約した事を後悔しました。 スタッフは、感じ悪くないですがとにかく快適ではないので二度と行きません。
