It’s loud.

Overall, the stay was ok. Our room was at the front of the building and around 2am there would be street racing going on. Super loud cars. Really didn’t like listening to it all night. There was a family reunion going on while we were there and the hotel said at 10pm - 6am was quiet hours. It was not. The reunion was loud and outside the front of the building. So we could hear them as well. Breakfast was alright, although they did have something different that was hot/cooked each morning.

Overall the stay was decent. Hotel needs some cosmetic upgrades, I’ve stayed at nicer Hyatt hotels. Customer service was excellent, transparent on fees. Only major issue the elevator, they took forever and seemed like they barely worked. Kinda scary. Nice enough and decent location.

This Hyatt is in a great location surrounding lots of dining and shopping. However, the breakfast experience made me think twice about considering complimentary breakfast as a good reason to stay here. But more importantly, my room door did not truly lock. In spite of informing staff, we were not moved to a different room. Fortunately, we were not broken into. But I will not take this chance again.
