This hotel is perfect for 1 night when passing by in the neighborhood. Everything is very basic. Infront of the hotel you have a supermarket, gas station and some restaurants and shops.

comfortable stay, professional and knowledgable staff, great price

2/10 Poor

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is extremely outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a complete lack of comfort in the rooms, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. It felt more like a school camp than a hotel. The room had worn-out flooring, the bathroom was outdated, and the shower was in need of a major upgrade. Overall, the property feels tired and is in need of significant renovation. On the positive side, the bed linen was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, which we appreciated. If the hotel is renovated, it has the potential to be much better. In its current condition, however, it does not match the impression given by the photos.

Only stayed for a "pit stop". Right on top of shops, bakery, Mcdonalds, KFC etc. Room small but sufficient for the night. Lovely man on reception who was very helpful.

Shower opens into the room!

Basic for our needs although shower directly into room was a bit strange when travelling with my son and his friend. But value was good.

Thank you

To whom it may concern, My name is Richie Williams and as a company we regularly use Ibis Budget Hotel at Selestat. We have been coming here for many years now and I just wanted to write to say thank you to all who work there from the Manager to the Receptionist and even the housekeepers. We are always welcome at the Ibis on each visit and the rooms are always to a high standard of cleanliness as is the whole hotel. Your staff are a credit and asset to your company and I do not had a negative word to say against anyone. I just wish more hotel had such a high standard that you deliver here. Everyone is so polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The standard of food at the breakfast is very good too and that area is kept very clean. I think thats its only right that I thank you and all your staff for all you do and for always making me and my colleagues feel so comfortable. With kind regards and much thanks, Richie Williams
