A very friendly and helpful owner. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The only downside was the rather poor soundproofing, but that has also been the case in other accommodations we’ve stayed at in Greece. The pool area was also very nice. It was well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The hotel also had several lovely cats who enjoyed being around people. Excellent value for money, and we will definitely come back again!

Cosy, comfortable room of good size. Bathroom worked fine and was spotlessly clean. Staff communicated before and during stay, they offered room cleaning each day and they helped us get laundry done. Small kitchenette worked fine and Wifi worked throughout stay. Pool was clean and well-maintained with shared toys available for children. Located close to bus stop, 15-minute walk from beach and 5 minutes from local taverna. Good value. We would stay again.

Such a lovely place to stay. We took our toddler and it was perfect for her. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and made an effort with our little one. The location was great as it was peaceful and felt very secluded. It’s very close to some lovely beaches and restaurants (that you can walk to). We hired a car which made Kanso rooms a perfect base for visiting Chania old town and other beaches. The resident cats were gorgeous and escorted us to our room whenever we arrived back. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given towels to use for the pool and beach. Would highly recommend.

The room was cleaned daily and felt safe. Great location. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Old Town Chania. Vasillis, was hospitable and helpful. If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.

Everything was as it was described; the room, the bathroom and the terrace were very clean. The bed was spacious for two people, clean, and confortable. The towels provided and the bed linen had really nice scent, which I found very pleasant personally. The staff we interacted was incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast in the terrace with the view of olive trees and the sea and our dinner in traquility. We stayed for 5 nights and we were sad to leave, as we had really comfortable stay. Parking was easy and the hotel location was a great base to go around Chania. We also LOVED all the cats around the hotel. We didn't really use the swimming pool but it was well maintained and had a charming vibe. Visitors were respectful and we didn't have any sonorisation problem. Cleaning ladies were also very kind and helpful. I would come back here if I get to travel this area in Creta again. Thanks again, team Kanso Hotel!

The property is outstanding, very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The exterior, pool, garden area are beautifully set up and very zen. It’s not very close to anything other than 2-3 restaurants so you need a car. But coming back to this spot after your day on the beach or any other place feels really good!
