The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable! The pillows were nice a fluffy. The entire stay was great. The area was convenient , a 2 min walk to the metro . Cafe’s on every corner. This will be my go to hotel in Paris!

From the beginning of our arrival the staff was professional and very helpful with directions, securing transportation and general info about the area. The rooms were clean and modern with nice bathrooms, Cant report on the restaurant as we didnt eat there, Will stay again,

This hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are not well maintained and are very outdated. We were disappointed for the price point that we paid, at the status of the rooms being so outdated and having a lot of nicks on the furniture, doors, walls, etc.

My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel. Great air conditioning and very clean rooms that are nicely decorated with great beds. It's also nicely located to Le Marais so everything is within walking distance, including the most incredible little croissant boulangerie, Moon Croissant. Great experience!!!

Great location proximity to two metro stations, neighborhood had lots of dining options, pharmacies and grocers. Hotel was quiet, comfortable bed, fridge in room, nice bathtub. Only negative would be the shower head was leaky and not good.

Great location, beautiful hotel with friendly staff who could work on their efficiency.

4/10 Fair

While the location is excellent and easily accessible, and the staff is attentive, the accommodations fell short of expectations for one of the hotel’s top-tier rooms. The rooms feel outdated, with dusty, worn fabric lampshades and deteriorating cabinetry. Overall, the accommodations felt more like a tourist-class hotel. The hotel has potential, but the rooms would benefit significantly from updating and better attention to detail to meet the expectations of its advertised standard.

Location was good. Friendly front desk. Room service was irritated I asked for either to have the room clean or requesting new clean towels.

Excellent location for exploring Paris. Metro a short walk away. Lovely and clean and good breakfast choices. Bars nearby that are open late also.

Very nice and spacious room. Clean. Simple kitchenette facilities were more than enough for us. A fridge and a coffee machine is perfect. Very nice private courtyard to relax in, away from the bustle of the streets nearby. Easy walking distance to several Metros and many many restaurants and bars.

Les Jardins du Marais has beautiful rooms and impeccable service. We stayed 2 weeks. The first week we were with a tour and our room, with Art Deco furnishings, was in the Ravel building. We extended our stay a second week and moved to a business suite in the Eiffel building (staff moved all our luggage). The elevator in that building was broken, i.e. did not service the ground floor, but one could still use the elevator by walking downstairs to the basement and then taking it to the desired floor (except ground). The breakfast area is lovely and food spread is ample. Great staff, great location.

Great location near metro and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond for any help we needed. The room was big (for Paris standards) and was clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

This hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city. It was also very clean and a decent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was top notch and well worth the cost - providing excellent assortment of breakfast foods, excellent coffee, and a nice way to get the morning started. It is a bit expensive (the buffet) but overall I would say a great way to go. The housekeeping staff was just wonderfully kind and helpful.
