8/10 Very good

Nice and clean room, the self-checking and check-out worked great and the breakfast was better than expected.. Check out time was 10 but 9.30 the cleaners were banging at the doors seeing if people had checked out, that felt a bit stressful..

8/10 Very good

The hotel was excellent value for the very modest price. Room was spacious and clean, floor heating in the bathroom and good indoor climate generally. Eggs on the breakfast buffet were cooked to perfection. The self service and outdoor hallways can feel a bit creepy and oppressive. I travelled alone for work in January and the area around the hotel was pitch black and deserted.

8/10 Very good

Fine budget, "Smart" hotel (i.e. no personnel) with large rooms, comfy beds, and a big tv. Despite the detailed parking instructions, it was still difficult to figure out where to go and how to park. When we finally did find the parking lot, the sign said it was free, which it wasn't. Slightly inconvenient sensor faucet in the bathroom with a small sink. Good shower. Decent breakfast. The kitchenette was useful (kettle, fridge and coffee machine) but real mugs with handles would have made it even better. I like the security of having staff members around, but it was fine.

Clean and Nice room . Breakfast ok
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Check-in was not possible because their system never sent the doorcode to my mail or phone. I ended up having to book another hotel in town since nobody could be contacted in order to help.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice room, clean and spacius. Breakfast is good but a limited selection in good quality. People with disabilities should call first for guidance, as there is no staff.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

I never got access to my room, as i could not get a access code for the room. There is no staff and nowhere to call during the evening hours. Followed all directions on how to get a code. After 45 min off trying over and over and calling hotels.com and following their directions I finally gave up and I had to find another hotel. It remains to bee seen if I will get a refund. So far no luck. Finding the reception is another issue, but in context, lesser of an problem.

2/10 Poor

Terrible Service - Worst hotel ever.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Room and breakfast OK. But very difficult to get in and get in touch with service. And penalties for everything and cameras everywhere just like the old days in DDR. And parking is below everything.

4/10 Fair

The fact that there was absolutely no staff and the staff at the breakfast was non-Danish speaking - the price was way too high for no help at all. No way to buy wather was absolutely unacceptable.
