The room and the property was very clean and decorated so nicely. The location was excellent, just down the street from the beach. It was very easy to find as it had several signs leading the way. The Marsuites is a newer hotel in a slightly older town. It's run by a very nice family, and the breakfast was the most delicious of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip through Iberia. Only thing to be aware of is that Armação de Pêra is somewhat sleepy and the town (not the hotel!) could use a fresh coat of paint compared to some of the other beachfront towns in Algarve. There are some good restaurants, and for the big spenders there's a Michelin 2 star restaurant nearby.
