Really convenient for the Arlanda Express from the Airport. I was unhappy with my initial room allocation but was moved to a room facing the street after 1 night, which was lovely. Clean & tidy with excellent breakfast selection.

Small tight rooms, very good location. Everything is walkable and close by. Really good breakfast and lots of variety. Our room was on the first floor and was a bit noisy hearing sirens at night

Great but short stay - only one night- but it was a great experince. Very helpful staff in reception, always with a friendly smile. Hotelbuilding is old, but good and modern renovation. The room was very clean and with all you need for your stat. Small but good. Silent. Needed to book actual time for breakfast, but no queue and a good selection of warm and cold. Did not visit the restaurant or bar.

8/10 Very good

Clean room with comfortable bed. We booked a standard queen room which was pretty small and had a view of a concrete wall. I suppose this meant we weren’t facing the road so at least the room was quiet! Polite and helpful staff, free luggage storage, good breakfast (although veg busy so we only just managed to find a seat). Check out email was confusing as it was only in a Swedish - I pressed a button and accidentally checked out so housekeeping arrived early! Just don’t check out via this email and go to reception. Great location close to the station.

There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast. Worth knowing, there is a little cut through next to Max burger ( almost directly opposite) which gets you straight to the Arlanda Express - this tip from the staff saves us a massive detour through the main rail station ( which we had thought we would have to do)

Lovely staff! They were so friendly and helpful. First we got a room that smelled cigarette smoke and the staff in the front desk did right away give us a new room on the top floor. Breakfast had some variety but very busy, not great gluten free options so that could be improved. Coffee was awful… but slept great, very comfortable beds and they also have a pillow menu!

A convenient place near train station. And so many kinds of food’s restaurants around the hotel.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. It’s beautiful, has a great location and the staff at the hotel were amazing and super friendly. They gave my kids welcome gifts. They also gave us a free drink chip for the attached restaurant, Gioia. The food and drinks there were incredible, but don’t be offended by the surly bartender. If you have the drink chips, make sure you ask them what drinks are specifically included because they won’t tell you until you pay your tab and it only is good for certain drinks apparently. Also, the breakfast that is included with your stay has so many options and is very fresh.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The cleanliness was not satisfying in general. The hotel was very worn down. Both the rooms and restaurant/buffet. The road was very noisy and bothersome even at night.
