8/10 Very good

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. The young lady managing the breakfast service was very hardworking and ensured that everything remained fresh and well-stocked. She also made certain that every guest had sufficient food before clearing the area. The availability of a shuttle service to the Metro was highly convenient. We truly enjoyed speaking with the night driver throughout our stay, as he was remarkably humorous, helpful, and kind. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a pleasant location.

8/10 Very good

The hotel has a shuttle which can take you to the metro station, so it’s more convenient than what I expected. However, the safe doesn’t work and the staff said the safes in all the rooms don’t work.
