My wife and I stayed 8 nights here and I have no complaints. I really liked they are pet friendly and if you need anything like towels or bed sheets it was by text and they were left outside your room. We didn't spend alot of time there except to sleep with all the activities we had planned. On the 2nd floor there was a balcony area with comfortable chairs and a fireplace always lit. On the cooler nights we sat down there for a bit just enjoying time together with our 2 pups relaxing. I would stay here again for sure. 4 3/4 stars.

It was a pleasant surprise what a great price gets you at Wild Bear Inn! The hotel has a retro feel but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly! It was a cozy spot and we loved the pool outside too. We were given free breakfast vouchers and it was a good breakfast! We even stopped back into their tavern for dinner on the second day of our stay- very good! We have decided that we’ll stay here again next time we visit the Pigeon Forge area! Highly recommend for a pleasant stay on a budget!

Walk in to lobby greeted by Briana. She was very curious and friendly. My room was ready as requested. She explained the policies in well I could understand. Room was presented in a at home condition. Air conditioner worked awesomely. The on site restaurant is a big plus. Free pancake breakfast was just what I needed. Staff was great in all except of service. Would stay there again if I'm ever back that way.

I paid more for my Pet Fee for my Brittany Spaniel than I did for my one night stay....no adjustment, just a solid big fee that was buried in the fine print when I booked. It won't show up in the Hotels.com site, you need to go to the hotel's website to learn the amount of their pet fee. And carpet was stained and looked very dirty...I sprayed with a disinfectant to try to kill anything growing and eliminate odors...property has deferred maintenance. One good point was it was on the strip of Pigeon Forge...

rooms were clean. excellent staff. a few things in walking distance. the tavern has good breakfast. you get vouchers for the pancake plate which is 3 pancakes and scrambled eggs and you get a juice or coffee with it. So if you stayed 3 days with 4 people each person has a voucher for each day. bacon and other sides do cost extra. i would considered going back
