The Hotel is Great! It's clean, safe, convenient, this was my 2nd time staying here within 6 months, my last stay the Jacuzzi wasn't working, this time the Jacuzzi was better, but the elevator was out of service. I was upgraded to a nicer room, on the 2nd floor. The Breakfast and coffee are Fantastic. I hope for Everything working if I come back to Ottawa soon!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Had a bit of an odd smell but not too bad. A few broken tiles in bathroom and the fan in there was really loud. All in all a comfortable stay.

Clean and nice but somewhat noisy halls

This was a pretty good hotel for the value. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was hot and good. Check in was quick. The little town across the turnpike is very charming. The only thing that was a miss is that you can hear conversations in the hall and the room doors opening and closing.

Maintenance issues

Elevator was out of order so we had to carry our stuff to the second floor. Loose tiles in the floor of our room. Put things in the refrigerator freezer and they thawed. The staff were very friendly and apologized about the elevator.

This was a nice place. It isn’t brand new, but it isn’t shabby, and it’s very clean. The staff were all pleasant. Only issue we had was that our room key cards kept getting demagnetized, so we’d have to have the front desk remake them pretty much every day. It only took ten seconds to do so.
