8/10 Very good

Great location from the train station and town centre. Room is in an old building with a lovely old lift, the rooms are large and airy and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean although the shower could use an update, perhaps clean the shower head to ensure better flow. No room service unless you ask for it, which is fine, however as you need to dispose of everything into a bin in the bathroom I would have thought these should be emptied every day!!!! Noise of bathroom plumping is VERY loud and if you have neighbours then can be disturbing late at night. I would have thought motion sensor lights where the reception desk is would be better as lights are on 24 hours and can cause light disturbances whilst trying to sleep. When I booked it advertised itself as a B&B hotel? This is wrong as no breakfast is available. The staff however are fabulous and very helpful. I would recommend this as the location trumps any issues.

The hotel was steps from the central train station. Check-in process was clear and staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and roomy with good A/C but only getting clean after 3 days. Though it was well-maintainted inside, the surrounding area isn't that clean and full with graffiti.

The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely, friendly and helpful with some good tips on where to get a good coffee and breakfast (Cafe Tourino across the road). Easy walk to the markets and the main street, a slightly longer but pleasant walk down to the harbour. The location means there is street noise but we didn’t find it an issue. Lovely stay for a few days in Palermo.

Liberty Palace is a unique authentic Sicilian B&B that is conveniently located 2 blocks from the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is one of 6, large and very comfortable and clean. It's on a quiet street so you don't realize you're in a large city.

Rooms very clean and staff kind and efficient. The location is close both to city centre and Central railway station. The only remark is that it is not available any more the breakfast.

6/10 Good

Really good location and nice staff. Most interesting place and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. But no breakfast available, so no b&b. And the noise from the warm water heater was really loud, not just the one in our room, but also the room next to us. Could be a bit noisy from the street, but was not a problem for us.

I really liked the place because it was near the bus and train station and walkable around the tourist spot. The room is clean and big for 2 people. I would really recommend this place☺️.

This is a boutique very small hotel located very close to the main train station in an area that is dirty and run down and a little daunting if arriving at night. The hotel and staff are very good. Access to all main sights in Palermo is easy.

Surrounding area was a bit noisy at times but it is only a block or two from the train & bus station so expected. The convenience to the train station and tourist sites more than made up for this however.
