We were in town for a concert and needed public transportation. Google said there was a bus that passed in front of the hotel but we couldn't find the bus stop. When we asked for help at the front desk, the employee called his manager to help us. She was in the middle of conversing with another employee and she stopped and not only explained where to go she walked us there and made sure we were safe. When the bus never came she helped us call a Lyft and made sure we got in safely. The property and hotel itself were very clean and the pool was refreshing and well maintained. There is an incredible shopping/eating plaza across the street with amazing food. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
