The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is absolutely excellent! The decor is dated from the nineties but kept clean. The AC however was defective throughout the building and the fact that the windows don’t fully open made it unpleasantly hot. This appears to be a longer issue that could have been disclosed.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. It was in a very walkable area and the breakfast was the best I have ever had as park of a hotel experience. The air conditioner was only slightly effective, but that may because it was unseasonably warm during our stay.

Quiet basic and unfortunately non-modern hotel. The main good thing about it is its location in the center and close to Christmas market and main attractions of the city. Parking is paid - €7.5 per 24 hours with an option to go out and come back.

worst receptionist, worst memories

I only have very unpleasant and bad memories of the unkindness of the young, short, fat female staff at the reception. She always had an attitude of arguing with customers and fighting. I don't know if she's a full-time employee, but she seems to have been at least not well educated as a hotelier. I spend more than half a year in a hotel on business Trip and she is the worst employee I've ever had.

Leider war unsere Etage grad mitten in einer Renovierung. Ansich war das Zimmer ok, allerdings was überall eine Staubschicht auf den Tischen und Schränken (ich schätze durch die Renovierung). Leider war das Frühstück für zusätzliche 19€ nicht wirklich gut bzw umfangreich. Der Aufenthalt war ok, mehr leider nicht.

Da sich das Hotel zurzeit noch im Umbau befindet ist es von meiner Seite aus nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Leider sind noch einige Bereiche nicht fertig und es herrscht erheblicher Baulärm. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer befand sich im 11. Stockwerk war sauber aber auch hier noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt. Aufgrund der Höhe war daß lüften des Zimmers nicht möglich. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort von daher ging es, ein längerer Aufenthalt unter diesen Umständen nicht möglich.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen, besonders zu erwähnen sind das tolle Frühstück und das freundliche Personal. Die Möbel in den Zimmern sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in der Regel buche ich keine Zimmer mit Teppich. Das erstklassige Frühstück und die bequeme Matratze konnten das aber ausgleichen, deshalb klare Empfehlung.
