6/10 Good

The only issue was one of the elevators broke down and it made the wait time twice as long. The rest of the stay was good. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was attended to efficiently. Overall, it was a good stay and not a bad walk to the Rocket Arena.

Hotel and rooms are outdated. key card didn't work half the time and you had to jimmy the door knob up and down to get the door open. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was serviceable.

The staff were pretty friendly & very helpful. The shuttle to/from Cleveland Clinic was a godsend! Breakfast was great, with a good assortment of items. The room (424) was comfortable but had a slight stale air odor (having the a/c on helped hide it some). It needs new carpet & a new shower head , but the bed was good…not too hard & not too soft 😊. I would stay there again.

“Decent stay overall. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but the rooms could use some updating. Good location and fair value for the price, Solid option if you just need a basic place to stay.”
