The staff were pretty friendly & very helpful. The shuttle to/from Cleveland Clinic was a godsend! Breakfast was great, with a good assortment of items. The room (424) was comfortable but had a slight stale air odor (having the a/c on helped hide it some). It needs new carpet & a new shower head , but the bed was good…not too hard & not too soft 😊. I would stay there again.

The hotel was grungy and in poor repair. Carpets in the room were stained and gross feeling. Definitely not for walking on barefoot. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh smelling. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok. Parking is pricey and very small spaces. I had paid my tax when I purchased the room but got charged again after I checked out and another miscellaneous fee that had no explanation. I didn’t check in early and checked out very early in the morning. The room was left picked up and towels and garbage collected. So the extra $14+ is unexplained. Will not stay there again.

Hallways and paint scheme too dark. Could be fixed with changing the color&brightness of the LED bulbs. Room needed more light too. Like a center overhead light. Staff was great and provided welcomed help. Room was at the end of the hallway so it was quiet. Bath/shower needs to be recaulked - mildew stains in the old caulk. Shower head was hard to figure out: After turning on the water, nothing at first came out of the shower head. Then I figured out that there was a hidden, small yellow valve at the shower head that also had to be turned on. Smaller guests might not be able to see it. Breakfast was 8/10
