Great property to have a relaxing stay. Nice and quiet. Nice rooms and a good sized pool. The only comment I would make is that "breakfast included" was deceiving, because what was included was a piece of sweet bread, a cup of coffee and a fruit bowl. Anything else you have to pay for extra (which we did).

Todo es excelente, el personal atento y muy amables. La alberca, los alimentos, la habitación y las instalaciones perfectas. El unico detalle es que cuando comes en el restaurante siempre hay gatos arriba de las sillas, cerca de los platos que tienen en las mesas. Estas en la alberca y camastros y estan los gatos. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

La verdad el hotel está hermoso,tranquilo, las habitaciones están muy cómodas me tocó la Coral y las escaleras están muy locas jajajajaj pero muy bien , nos tocó estar en festividades y fue terrible el ruido de la calle se escuchó como si lo tuviéramos en la oreja , sabemos que no es culpa del hotel pero fue el puntito negro en el Arroz! Los trabajadores del hotel increíblemente amables GIOVANA UN AMOR Y SUPER ATENTA , Alexandra, Citlali o Xóchitl (olvide su nombre ) nos atendió hoy en el desayuno súper atenta al igual q su compañero Javier/oscar nuevamente confundo sus nombres …todos ellos muy atentos , y la chef 👌👌 muy rico lo q nos preparaba 👌 El lugar realmente bello .

Un Hotel súper acogedor y muy recomendable para parejas que buscan ir a descansar. Solo la cena y comida muy malas, recomendaría salir a comer al pueblo. Sin embargo el desayuno es delicioso!!! Las habitaciones muy cómodas, pero en Turquesa, que es la que me tocó, el agua de la regadera salía o sumamente caliente o helada, y faltaría un blackout para poder tener obscuridad total en las mañanas. Fuera de eso un gran lugar al que sin duda regresare.

Las opiniones de huéspedes de Google me hicieron dudar de haber reservado en este lugar, pero sinceramente tuve la mejor experiencia. La alberca con temperatura adecuada para el clima caluroso, las habitaciones pristinas, la mejor cama que me ha tocado en un hotel (incluso en cadenas de 5 estrellas), casi nada de ruido (si es un lugar de descanso), las instalaciones super limpias. El personal super amable, el dueño, Giovanna, mi masajista Regina.....sin duda volvería y creo que 100% vale lo que pagas
