The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout our visit—it was clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. ​The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with a smile. Every morning started right with a delicious breakfast that offered a great variety of fresh options to choose from. ​Additionally, the parking was convenient, secure, and took all the stress out of traveling with a car. Communication was great, and it was easy to park and do the self check-in. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we could need. Breakfast was excellent, including the delicious home-made cake selection. It was so nice sitting in the garden to enjoy the breakfast. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger but we were staying in the middle of a heatwave and the extra fan provided meant we didn't have much trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when returning to Florence. Thanks for a great stay!

Service was amazing. Marco, the owner, is great! It is noticeable he enjoys what he does and loves sharing time and tips with guests. It is a lovely Bed and Breakfast just outside the historic Florence. We had a car so free parking was very convenient.

Our room was clean and quiet. The owner, Marco, was very helpful and organized an early breakfast for us. When we arrived at the B&B Marco offered coffee and cake. He made my day by making me a perfect latte. From the B&B it’s roughly 8 km to Florence International Airport. The B&B does NOT offer shuttle service to the airport. That’s a mistake on Expedia! We took a cap and had to pay 50 Euros - which is a lot for such a short ride.

We could do a self check-in which was very convinient. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was small but good. It was a very great hotel the prize for the service was really good. The host Marco was absolutly great, super friendly, helpful gave tips. If we ever stay in Firenze again we will definitly book again. Thanks for the great experience.

We arrived late at the hotel and the room was very clean and prepared but the windows were open and unknown to us There were mosquitoes in the room and having English blood which is very attractive to the mosquitoes I did struggle. We stayed at Anda e Rianda on our last night in Italy. It was the best experience we had the entire trip. Other properties misled us about parking and since we were driving this was important. Marco was a great host and the room was clean and the bed comfy. We wish we had stayed there when we flew into Florence two weeks earlier for a couple of days before heading south. The breakfast provided was great too. Public transportation is readily available if you are driving and wish to get to the tourist areas and not bother with driving and finding parking. We highly recommend Anda e Rianda!!

A perfect location for our first night from the airport before heading out to Tuscany. Very close to the airport and did not need to worry about ZLT zones. If you are looking to do some walking around the neighborhood, it s not the right location but to sleep a night and have a wonderful breakfast before a road trip, it’s perfect place Marco helped us few things public parking. It really came in handy! Thank you Marco. We missed your baked cakes already on our next location.

Although we just stayed one night Marco and his staff made the stay fantastic! We felt at home immediately as we were welcome to eat our dinner late in the nice kitchen. Marco was so service-minded with everything and helped us book an early taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady even found a very small item I dropped which they even sent to me in Sweden. Would definitely stay there again when in Firenze, top class 🌟
