My arrival was greeted very very well by the lady on reception. She was very helpful and ful of advice. My room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb - all needs satisfied! The location of the hotel is excellent for access to the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo and the Metro. (It’s 6stops from the rail terminus.) There’s plenty of good eating places nearby as well as good shopping.

Great that breakfast was included and we also managed to get an earlier breakfast to go when we headed out for a train. Only minor issue was the wardrobe was broken. Staff extremely helpful and could not fault them.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel was perfect as a quiet refuge when the heat and hustle of Rome got to be too much. The rooms have a minimalist vibe with soft gray tones which fosters an easy restful ambiance. The AC worked wonderfully! Which was absolutely essential for July in the city. Most of all I want to shout out to the staff for always being available and attentive, especially Monica at the front desk who patiently answered all my dumb question’s and helped us find what was necessary to make this trip great. Thanks all.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff are friendly. The hotel it self is not so good. Beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast is not good and things in the bathroom are falling apart.
