Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Strassenbahn in a quiet neighborhood. Bad Canstatt is a short ride S-Bahn ride to downtown Stuttgart. The restaurant is excellent and not too expensive. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Klasse Hotel

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, mit der Bahn kommt man überall hin. Zimmer geräumig, sehr sauber. Das Bad ist auch toll und super Sau erz! Frühstück sehr gut, etwas warm in den Räumen! Das Parkhaus ist sehr gut, abgeschlossen Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Klantgerichtheid matig….

Slapen aan de straatkant is niet geheel vrij van herrie van vroeg in de ochtend tot ‘s avonds laat van de langs het hotel lopende tram. Verder gold er nog een Corona check en mond masker plicht. Raar dat je dan de derde ochtend voor het ontbijt je QR code weer moet laten zien.. maar goed, vervelender is dat personeel met ‘gewone’ medische maskers loopt en ik verplicht werd om bij de balie een FFP2 masker te kopen, ander mocht ik niet ontbijten… gelijke monniken, gelijke kappen. Gelukkig is over 2 weken ook in Duitsland alles weer gewoon hoorde ik.

Schönes Stadthotel für Business und Freizeit. Direkt an der Stadtbahn, Kurpark und Kurbad gelegen. Gutes Restaurants mit extrem freundlichen Personal. Sehr geschmackvolle Auswahl zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Frühstück sehr gut als Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Parkgarage unter dem Hotel. Ansonsten in geringer Menge im Umfeld. Zimmer sehr gepflegt in guter Qualität. Ich hatte Glück und bekam eines mit Balkon. Gute Verdunklungsvorhänge. Personal an der Rezeption neu noch in der Einarbeitung aber sehr bemüht und freundlich

Kann man, muss man nicht.

Es wird mit Parkplätzen geworben, das diese allerdings 15,00€ pro Nacht kosten, davon ist keine Rede. Das FREIE Internet ist nicht in der Lage primitivste Spiele wie "Die Siedler online" zu laden. Streamen funktioniert teilweise. Wegen Corona muss ein Reinigungstag beantragt werden. Natürlich macht an diesem Tag niemand dein Zimmer sauber, der Reinigungstrupp kommt an dem Tag, an dem ich ausschlafen konnte, Sonntags. Dann können wir diese Maßnahmen auch lassen. Mit dem Heizen war es auch nicht so toll, habe dann meinen Heizlüfter mit aufs Zimmer genommen. Ich fand gut das man im Restaurant Essen bekommt.

タオル交換も清掃もなかった(後からコロナのせいでやっていないと説明を受けた)。自分で使ったタオルを持ってフロントまで交換に行かなければならなかった。アメニティはゼロ、お湯を沸かすポットもなし。朝食も必要最低限。

Sehr netter Service bei Check Inn und Hilfestellung beim reservieren von Restaurants. Zimmer sind schön und sauber, Bad modern, wobei die Funktionen des Duschkopfs defekt waren und die Toilettenspülung nicht immer funktionierte. Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer
