I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This was mine and my sister's first hotel we stayed in in Japan. We have stayed in three others since and Super remains the hotel that we have had the best experience with. Every morning the breakfast buffet was delicious, there was free coffee and soft drinks as well as water in the lobby, and even though we opted out of room service, we were still left a bag of fresh towels and toothbrushes as well as water bottles on our door knob every night. We liked the onsen and the staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. We will most certainly be back next time we visit Japan!

Reserve for the breakfast!!!

Amazing breakfast with delicious pastries; it was the best part of waking up. Unfortunately, only one elevator so sometimes it is slow and no internal stairs. (There is a fire exit stairwell, but we didn't want to accidentally set off an alarm if we opened it. Not sure if we could use.) They give you fresh towels and toothbrush every day

Very good budget hotel

Well located to Simbamba Stn but need a few minutes walk which can be tiring with luggages in hot summertime. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean and good facilities with the onsen as a plus for a small hotel in Tokyo. Room is small as expected of Japanese room but double bed is sufficient for a couple. Pillows are however a bit hard for me. Complimentary drinks are great! Good hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

Very close to the restaurants and many shops. When you get out the hotel turn right, go over a small bridge and continue walking for about 5 minutes. There are lots of shops, restaurants, Pizza Hut, McDonald's etc I recommend this place. Laundry is 100 JPY for washer and 100 JPY for the dryer. They provide soap.
