Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !

First off the good things The staff is amazing! They are helpful and care, please remember that they don't make executive choices, if they could the hotel would have been better. The other pro is the location, downtown was walking distance 8 - 20 min walk within a half a mile radius. Now the issues. First of all the beds are Firm to extra firm while the pillows are thin where you have 1 and its too thin or have two where it some how is just thick enough to be uncomfortable, so no you will not be getting a good night's sleep unless you are the type that enjoy sleeping on the ground. Then there is the AC, first you cannot change the temperature to your liking so I'm guessing they have swamp coolers, second the dial has 3 settings, Low, Medium and High, the odd thing about it was that when I set it from medium to high the AC sounded louder than high making it seem as if medium was the highest setting, very confusing, either way I chose the room was still warm and could not get below 70 during the rainy week in October. Then there is no exhaust in the bathroom, or at least a way to turn it on and why that matters is because after warm shower where steam builds up, once you open the door the entire room becomes hot and humid. As far as looks you can tell this was a dated hotel riding off the name. The walls had a bad wallpaper job where you could see the yellow stained glue leak, water damage everywhere.

Great customer service, clean Hotel, there was a high pitched squealing coming from the toilet as the water was filling up but then it went off once it was full, definitely a plumbing issue. Love there fresh warm cookies upon checking in. I’ve stayed there several times and will continue to stay there.

Good size room, nice entrance with cafe and bar. Parking was a problem. Paid for parking then was not able to find a spot. It was easy to get reimbursed but the inconvenience was not expected.
