Didn't have the breakfast as leaving for the Airport, however, it looked nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered our taxi for the following morning. The room was clean although showing some wear and tear. On first arrival, through no fault of their own the area looked very run down, so gave me misgivings. It's ok though. I looked it up and there is dispute over social housing and some objections over being rehomed due to the condition of the buildings. We were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed. There had been no indication to this when I booked only a couple of days before. The staff did point us at a very nice restaurant only a very short distance away by the marina. Sadly the plastic glasses in the room had a small amount of mould in the bottom. And as I say they were plastic to look like glass. Overall a nice location for the last night before our flight. Lovely beach. However, do allow for time eventhough it is close to the airport, there is heavy traffic.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a large range of options for breakfast, including cereal, eggs, bacon, fruit and croissants. The location of the hotel isn't ideal for those wanting to get the train to Rome every day - it is 2km away from the train station. However, those who want to go to the beach and port would find it ideal.

This hotel was clean and good location with close proximity to beach and marina. Staff helpful and cleaners do a good job cleaning your rooms. If you are going to stay here pay extra for the sea views as the back of hotel view is poor. But this hotel is definitely not 4star as advertised. Very Overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast was v basic. You pay extra for coffee if you don’t like flask coffee. Plastic tea spoons provided to eat cereal. No access to advertised roof top terrace. 2 bottles of water provided on arrival and nothing replenished during our 3 night stay. States a non smoking hotel but smoking on balcony allowed when complained! WiFi provided but very unreliable and drops off constantly. No tea or coffee facilities in your room. On the whole we made the most of this but will not be returning .
