Incredibly kind and attentive staff. Rooms much much larger than you would anticipate, we had plenty of space for us to spread out without feeling crowded. Great location close to downtown area and very accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Augustine. One of the highlights of our stay was De Leon Cocina, the restaurant located at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious!

8/10 Very good

Staff was excellent and addressed any concerns I had. The amenities were great with a pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The location was great but it was on the railroad tracks so if you’re at the back of the hotel then you will hear the train. Overall it was a great stay for the price. We took a Lyft to the historic district for less than parking would have been.

It is a bit older hotel, but it's very well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's perfectly located, you could easily walk to the Old City and other nearby area attractions. It is up against railroad tracks, but fortunately even when trains are passing, the noise isn't much above the air conditioner. All in all, great place to stay, will definitely stay again

The property had a much more "worn down" vibe than the beautiful photos would suggest, but hey--for the price? We were happy with it! It's a perfectly serviceable, extremely affordable hotel in a convenient spot. We felt safe (which isn't always true in a motel for me), there were happy families in the pool, and we had a lovely view over the water. (Unfortunately, there are also train tracks on that side of the hotel, and they did use their horns in the middle of the night,) We were able to walk to interesting sights and good food. Fanciness level was kind of on par with a Super 8.
