It is a good location. It is a bit shabby. No usb outlets. Had very noisy neighbors upstairs. Bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find out that they charged for parking; this was not mentioned in the reservation.

Overall impression was good for the cost. Upon entering my room at the check in counter there was an odd smell in the lobby. The room was comfortable, although the lighting was not great. There's no laps in the room near the beds and outlets were not available either. The bathroom had another interesting smell. It was some type of exhaust from somewhere. Breakfast was nice for the cost and eating space was comfortable. Juice machine is needed though (orange, apple, grape/cranberry).

The property was dirty with a lot of paint chipping from the rails and stairs. The hot tub/jacuzzi was not available and was the reason we booked this hotel. The staff were great, very helpful but the actual hotel was very run down. Would not stay here again.

I had a nice peaceful weekend. My room was clean, the hotel was well maintained. I took advantage of the continental breakfast, which was good. I took a dip in the Jacuzzi and relaxed poolside. I did not have much contact with staff, but the staff I did come in contact with was very professional. I would stay there again when I return.

The room was very nice. We stayed for eight nights and the room was always made up after we left for the day. Bed was very comfortable! We did not use the pool because we were so busy, it looked nice, though. Parking was never an issue. Breakfast was the usual - waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread and bagels with all the amenities. Staff was always very friendly.

If you have children I don’t recommend this hotel. The area is not the best with a lot of homeless people. Checking in the staff was nice. We did get charged extra for checking in 1.5 early. Which has never happened to us at any other hotel if the rooms available parking was $14 a day. We took absolutely everything out because of the amount of homeless people around. Going into the room we greeted with an awful smell. It was over 85 that day and the room was super hot! It was the worst landlord special we’ve ever seen! Everything was either patched over with paint or cocking. I gotta say the bedding was clean. The “free breakfast” is pretty much just bread.
