It is a good location. It is a bit shabby. No usb outlets. Had very noisy neighbors upstairs. Bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find out that they charged for parking; this was not mentioned in the reservation.

I had a nice peaceful weekend. My room was clean, the hotel was well maintained. I took advantage of the continental breakfast, which was good. I took a dip in the Jacuzzi and relaxed poolside. I did not have much contact with staff, but the staff I did come in contact with was very professional. I would stay there again when I return.

The room was very nice. We stayed for eight nights and the room was always made up after we left for the day. Bed was very comfortable! We did not use the pool because we were so busy, it looked nice, though. Parking was never an issue. Breakfast was the usual - waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread and bagels with all the amenities. Staff was always very friendly.

If you have children I don’t recommend this hotel. The area is not the best with a lot of homeless people. Checking in the staff was nice. We did get charged extra for checking in 1.5 early. Which has never happened to us at any other hotel if the rooms available parking was $14 a day. We took absolutely everything out because of the amount of homeless people around. Going into the room we greeted with an awful smell. It was over 85 that day and the room was super hot! It was the worst landlord special we’ve ever seen! Everything was either patched over with paint or cocking. I gotta say the bedding was clean. The “free breakfast” is pretty much just bread.

First impression, the lobby was nice, fireplace, and vending machines. Walked past the court yard where the pool and jacuzzi are. I was disappointed the jacuzzi was not available. We walked into our room, it seemed ok, but then we noticed there was no night stand and only 2 outlets available but not near the bed. My husband needs his breathing machine so we had to try to figure something out and pulled a chair and got an extension cord. The lighting was very dim. There were other minor details that we dealt with. I don't think it was worth all the money we had to pay. I will say Customer Service and Maintenance were all very friendly and quick to help our issues. And I think the best part was the breakfast. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, breads, yogurt and cereals. They have a courtyard where you can eat by the pool, which was nice and they also have a dining area with a tv.

I loved our room the extra space it all worked out for all our shopping. However, there was a smell in bathroom that I couldn't figure out what it was, something in floor maybe, a lingering smell that didn't go away. Even after the housekeeping service refreshed our towels and removed trash etc. the smell was still lingering . I tried lysol, but i think it was under tub flooring. Sadly, you could smell it as soon as you walked in. Linens were clean, towels were fresh, clean smelling, everything was perfect except for that smell.
