Staying at The Dilly was amazing. The welcoming was great and when leaving from the hotel the service was absolutely perfect. The Gym was exceptionally wide, and the steam sauna and pool where quiet and calming. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are lovely, room was clean and had water and tea/coffee facilities, it was quiet and dark with a comfy bed, although room and bathroom were a little tired, I do know they are currently renovating so would definitely return when done. Didn’t have breakfast and downstairs bar not open on a Sunday so can’t comment. The location is spot on though and so convenient for tourist spots and shopping.

The thing that stands out on this stay was staff friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect. So walkable to a ton of things, like the theater District where we saw the Phantom of the Opera. Tons of Shopping, restaurants and short walk to Buckingham Palace. Lots of construction this summer so walking is your best bet. But the bus stop is in front of hotel, so easy to get around. Great bar area. Make sure to say hi to Paul the doorman, loads of info on sights to see!
