6/10 Good

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was pretty rough it had a very weird smell like heavy mildew smell. There was hair all in the bathtub we had to wash out ourselves. The bed sheets also had stuff o. Them that made us question if we actually got fresh sheets or the room was cleaned

2/10 Poor

The staff, Shannon particularly, had great customer service. That was very important after working a 12 hour shift anthem driving four hours. What turned my stomach was when I showered, then lay in the bed exhausted, and saw a roach on the ceiling above me. Thank God for the guy in the other room who stood on top of the bed and killed it for me. I kept the lights on all night and took power naps. I understand this is an older hotel, but that’s unacceptable and not what I’m used to.
