This hotel is excellent, Lucas the manager went out of his way to give us advice on local sites. I really cannot say enough nice things about the way we were treated. We are American and I know we are a pain to deal with. Thanks Lucas and your staff for making our stay unforgettable

Die Unterkunft und das Essen waren hervorragend. Nur einen Wunsch hätte ich noch an das Servicepersonal: Vor allem wenn man alleine reist: Bitte respektieren sie die Wünsche Ihrer Gäste ein bisschen mehr, Man fühlt sich manchmal ein wenig wie als 2. Klasse Gast behandelt! Weil ich mich nicht zum Nachtessen bei Ihnen angemeldet habe wollten sie mich in einem dunklen Nebenraum gleich bei der Tecke abfertigen. Das lies ich mir aber nicht gefallen. Dann boten Sie mir einen schönen Platz in Ihrem Stübli an unter der Bedingung für das Essen nur eine knappe Stunde zu brauchen. Der Tisch war auf 19 Uhr 30 schon reserviert war. Ich konnte das gute Essen nicht einmal geniessen! Pünktlich 2 Min vor halb Acht haben Sie mir schon die Rechnung reserviert als wollten sie mich schon loswerden! Das nenne ich keinen guten Service!!! Historisches Hotel- Zimmer Renovationsbedarf

Die Architektur des Hotels ist beeindruckend. Das Historische ist weitgehend erhalten oder sanft renoviert. Ausser unser Zimmer auf die Bergseite hätte ein Update nötig, vor allem da Badezimmer. Sehr feines Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Zwar sehr altes, aber immer noch hervorragend geführtes Hotel mit phantastischem Service, super nett und zuvorkommend. Wird 2025 renoviert (Badezimmer sind schon sehr alt), dann auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!
