They are in the midst of updating the property and they seem to be going in the right direction. I had an enjoyable stay and the staff was outstanding. They just need to continue the updates especially in the rooms

The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us.

Great location and facilities. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as the description to our beach front suit was completely off. The receptionist may as well as given us the description for Timbuktu! We found it eventually and it was a good stay. The food offering at the hotel could be much better but for locals I guess its good. Benihana was just 6 minutes away. I took a walk across the bridge towards Stuart and the views were AMAZING

I absolutely loved my stay at the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort, Golf & Marina. The room itself was good , spacious and comfortable. Could have been cleaner as the floors were dirty and our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was even clothes from previous guest at the bottom of the closet space. The front desk really didn’t explain where the beach was and how to get to it other than by shuttle during their service hours and it was a bit disappointing when we couldn’t find it early in the morning to enjoy an early morning walk. Not too many food options in the nearby area. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach as I thought I would. Not all rooms are an easy walk to the beach which I thought was a little misleading from the website. Overall it was good for the weekend but I’m not sure if I’d stay again.

Nice location, room walls are paper thin. Hot tub and gym are very small and the pool in cold. Not optimal especially for a $40 resort fee on top of your room rate. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.

It was my second time here and definitely not the last one, spacious rooms and very comfortable. Prime location, you can go to the beach tower and enjoy your day in a quiet area just for you. Plenty places to go and eat, a quiet travel around the coastal to enjoy the day. Stuart downtown it’s just 5 mins away so you can spend the day. Definitely I recommend to stay here for relaxing weekend

Location, amenities and the view were spectacular. The room itself was in need of an upgrade. Stains and holes in the carpet, the bathroom looked dirty even though it had been cleaned. We booked a room with a king size bed and pull out couch for 4 people. No bed linens or pillows were left for the pull out. We only received a small quilt and 1 small pillow when we called front desk.

Waited for over an hour for a steamer which then arrived broken. I’ve stay at this hotel many times and will continue. It’s a great hotel that was recently renovated but it seems like customer service and other services could improve.
