Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable room, however the kitchenette was not provided with any washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel so we had to buy our own stuff just to make use of this facility that we had paid extra for. Our room had access to a small patio but only two uncomfortable stools were provided, no table or proper outdoor furniture, so we couldn’t sit out and eat on the patio. The hotel breakfast room was incredibly cramped and stressful to be in, and the food itself was not great. One day there was no table available for us at breakfast as it was so cramped and busy, and most days there was no clean cutlery on the tables. I had very poor communication from the hotel prior to the stay - I sent multiple messages through hotels.com to check my husbands dietary requirements at breakfast could be catered for and that there was definitely a lift access to our room as I am pregnant and only received a repeated message about booking a taxi to the hotel. The sound proofing was also not great in the room and we were woken up in the night on several occasions by noisy guests in the corridor or noise outside.
