Novotel Hotel Paris Centre was conveniently located a 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and to the mall. The hotel property and room was clean. The staff was very helpful. Location was perfect. All the staff were incredibly helpful. From the receptionist to the security guards to the luggage team who booked our taxis. Really did make the stay smooth. Nothing was ever an issue to our questions. General hotel was very clean. Lots of still or sparkling water available for refilling of bottles for free. Lifts were amazing and even though on 18th floor never a long wait. Breakfast was standard but good. Children loved it which is what matters! Our only criticism was the shower in our room. It worked and in fairness to hotel we did not complain as only there two nights but it drained slowly and was a bit small. Lived the fridge in room to keep water chilled. Aircon great. All in all would stay again and would recommend.

We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!

Location very good, size of room very good. Issues: Dirty shower, with parts falling off. 4 person room, have to set up the sofa bed myself. Rang for an iron 3 times only to be told an hour later, they are all out. Breakfast was strange…. Tiny tiny plates, not enough staff so plates stacking up. Freezing cold crepe/pancakes. Yoghurt machine empty, juice machine empty. Selection was good. Swimming pool, had to book in advance, hadn’t been told that. Get an 8am slot and got the feeling it was for serious swimmers and not children having fun. So bare that in mind.

We really had the best time staying 4 nights at Novotel Paris, my kids loved it too. The free breakfast was good and it's a 15- munute walk to the Eiffel tower so we went to the tower every afternoon to end the day. Our room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I don't like is that the sink was separated from the restroom, but that is not a big issue really. There is also a water refilling station which we used everyday. The lobby is always clean and they have 6 elevators so it is very convenient! Our room also has the view of the Siene River so it's beautiful at night!
