TV in my room was not working, the lights to stairwall and landing some where not working. I will request a refund as my stay was not as I expected as I have previously stayed at the guest house.

Nice and quiet place to stay

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff and a good breakfast included each morning. I used the laundry and airport service and they both were good. The price is reasonable and the only negative thing is getting used to the frequent power outages, but that usually takes five minutes before they turn on the generator. An automated service switching between the EDSA and the generator would be recommended.
