It was a rat hole. We checked out right after we checked in. Went down the road to Holiday Inn express and paid out of our pocket. Haven’t been that disappointed in a hotel in a long time. Booked with my bonus money $69. So I lost all of that for $15. Very disappointing.

A little trouble

The room was nice and very clean. We had a problem with the toilet backing up but not overflowing. I went to the front desk to inform them, they called the maintenence person and they told the front desk for me not to flush 2 times quickly. I insisted they clear the toilet and they did but only because I insisted. Walls are b ery thin. I could hear everything from the room next to us and outside. Overall, it was alright.

When we arrived we were given a smoking room. I will not stay in one so I was told it would be an upgrade and I would have to pay cash. …really?!!! I paid it. This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The room smelled moldy and musty. The floor was so filthy the bottom of my socks were black. I had a bag of microwave popcorn and when I tried to pop it the microwave caught on fire. No hair dryer. The coffee maker was crusty and didn’t work. I do not have one good thing to say…STAY AWAY

Towels were dirty and stained. Mirrors were stained. Walls were stained. Bed was uncomfortable, blanket has cigarette holes and stains and pillows were literally balls. Shower water was cold and shower pad was molded. Area was sketchy.
