Excellent location easy walking access to shops, public transport, attractions The staff were always friendly and answered all my questions well. The room was very comfortable, I had a lovely view of the cathedral and gardens . The view from the roof was amazing The cleaning staff were amazing, always said hello and had a chat. The staff were helpful and friendly , the hotel was clean and looked like it had not long been refurbished or updated, the room was good , clean and well presented, except for the shower , it was hard to adjust the water temperature and pressure even though the shower had instructions for this. I would stay in the hotel again 🙂

Love the location of this hotel, and the staff are lovely! Even saying good morning to cleaners as we pass, lovely environment. The bathrooms are a little small but for a shorter stay where we were out of the room most days it’s perfectly fine. Didn’t even need to use the heating on this stay as there must’ve been central heating through the building or something. Have stayed before and will stay again
