Parfait. Chambre agréable et spacieuse. Lit confortable. Hôtel calme à 5 minutes à pied du zoo. Décoration balinaise dans l’hôtel Piscine au centre du complexe Bon petit déjeuner Dîner buffet très bon avec fruits de mer Petite mésaventure au matin avec l’alarme à incendie qui s’est déclenchée dans le bâtiment. Rien de grave au final une fausse alerte. Mais le réveil fut rapide lol

La chambre est plutot bien décorée mais ça ne suffit pas. La literie n'est franchement par terrible. Le personnel de la réception est vraiment très professionnel et serviable. Gros gros bémol pour la partie restaurant où clairement l'organisation (notamment du diner) est à revoir... on a dû patienter plus de 40mn pour être installés alors que nous avions réservé et que la moitié de la salle était vide... Tout ça pour que 20mn après avoir enfin pu être installé à une table les serveuses commencent a retirer les plats du buffet. Le matin, par contre toute la salle était ouverte ?! Incompréhensible, surtout qu'on C'est vraiment dommage pour l'hôtel. Ca donne une impression d'amateurisme et de désorganisation. Au final au lieu de faire tous nos repas dans ce restaurant nous avons préféré manger à l'exterieur.

Lorsque j’ai appelé pour savoir si le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre la personne de votre agence m’a certifié qu’il l’était. En arrivant à l’hôtel la réception nous a dit que ce n’était pas compris. J’ai fait l’erreur de passer par vous pour ma réservation. Je ne recommencerai pas.
