Reservei a versão casal luxo, mas não vi o luxo do espaço. Quarto pequeno e banheiro bem apertado, principalmente na parte do box, mal se podia mexer. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando perfeitamente, só ventilando e não estava gelando, o que gerava uma sensação de sufocamento às vezes. Não tem serviço de quarto no hotel, então sempre tinha que ficar descendo até a recepção, e o elevador é super pequeno também. Os travesseiros pareciam que não tinha nada dentro, e a manta para cobrir era super fina. O café da manhã foi o ponto forte do hotel, bem feito, com várias opções e coisas diversificadas.

Pra mim foi ótimo. Quarto novinho e limpo, café da manhã perfeito, funcionários prestativos. O elevador e corredor são velhos, poderiam melhorar a iluminação do corredor, mas pelo que vi já estão em reforma. Local excelente, perto de supermercado, academia, farmácias, bares, mercado central ! ótimo custo benefício! Eu estava palestrando no SAN Diego e achei os quartos do beira rio melhores.

Estacionamento péssimo, café da manhã ruim, a moça que serve o café da manhã é super mal educada e grosseira, as coisas faltam no café da manhã e ela não repõe, só se pedir, e fica irritada quando pedimos. Sinalização de onde os Pets podem transitar e onde não podem é péssima, e quando não vemos somos tratados de forma grosseira. Não vá se você é acostumado com locais de boa qualidade. Já fomos em hotéis em diversos estados no Brasil e nunca fomos tão maltratados. O preço é barato mas é um barato que sai caro, Pois nas fotos parece um local digno e modesto, mas é velho, as camas são duras São duras, o estacionamento é estreitos. Todos os hóspedes que vimos estacionar tiveram problemas com as pilastras e com o tamanho das vagas. MAL ORGANIZADO.

Hotel perfeito pra nós, perto de tudo, quando precisar de ir pra exposição de Pedras preciosas, tinham uma van a disposição dos hóspedes,o motorista muito atencioso na volta nos levou até ao restaurante,quarto limpo, e roupa de cama e banhos,funcionários atenciosos,o café da manhã maravilhoso, fiquei muito feliz,em saber que tinha um tipo de bolo, pra pessoas que são alérgica ao glúten, como é o caso do meu esposo, parabéns a equipe por se preocupar com isso, amei a cidade o hotel beira rio,me senti em casa,se um dia voltar a cidade com certeza ficaremos hospedado nele.
