Upon arrival the Quality Inn sign was still out front, which initially created confusion about whether or not I arrived at the correct place.
Inside the main lobby there was a sign about renovations When I inquired, I was told they weren't starting them until 5/12/2025.
The lobby floors were stained; there was a smell in the hallway. The room itself, there were stains on the chair.
When I stopped by the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows I was told that housekeeping was closed, and they couldn't provide them.
Later I asked them for an ice bucket since there wasn't one in the room, and they went and got one from another room.
When I checked out, I wasn't given any written confirmation that I had checked out at the required time.
