The location was great, walking distance to railway station restaurant & some local food, nearby shopping center easy access by grab. The room booked was big, TV programme not many choices, it will be great if hotel would to change new towers. Overall nice stay for this short trip holiday.

10/10 Exceptional

Check in staff was very helpful to assign a room to cater to my online request. I had stayed at Room 511 a month ago and commented it did not have a bath tub. Requested to have one with bath tub. I also requested not to be on the 5th floor due to some rooms' windows seem to be facing access area which I deemed unsafe and perpetrators may be able to climb into my room with force. Only complain I had this stay was again the bath tub safety mat which had dirty stains.

Aircon effective. The premium suite huge And have plenty of space. Would be really nice if can get rid of the bathtub and replace with a standing shower room as it’s safer and do not need the shower curtains and climbing in and out of the bathtub
