As we approached the building, we found the roof was being totally replaced. Fine. Noisy until 5 o’clock. The room was spacious but not furnished since 1960. No coffee in the rooms, breakfast was unremarkable. Location was fine, parking okay. Gentleman who checked us in was not happy to be there.

The room was clean. They didn't have phone in room and said they could give one next day but we only stayed for 1 night. The shower curtain was ripped some and the bed was kind of uncomfortable, but the staff was helpful.and hot tub was nice.

Overall, it was a great experience. It is a cool, well-maintained hotel. The pool, spa and sauna were very clean and well kept. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The location is near a trail that follows along the coastline, and is also walkable to the old town area. My one minor ding on it was that the breakfast was pretty mediocre - mostly bread/bagels/waffles. Despite that, I would definitely go back.

The hotel was overall okay. I found it odd that there were no lights on at the front of the property. I was told “they automatically turn on at 8:30pm. It’s weird to arrive at a hotel in darkness. The spa hours also close very early. There are some aspects to this hotel that very much show that it is a budget hotel. But the breakfast was nice and the location is great. It’s just incredible basic.

Great place to stay. It has an old charm to it like the furniture and structure, but also new amenities. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of waffles, baggies, yogurt, eggs, and drinks. Location was perfect, right around where we wanted to go and was very beautiful. Would stay there again.
