We stayed here for a night after taking a shuttle from Venice. Check in was easy, the hotel is in a nice part of town, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We met up with a private tour guide who showed us around, there is so much to see, beautiful basilicas, all within a 15-20 minute walking distance from the hotel. Ravenna was a highlight of our trip, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the town itself could easily be wandered for several days to really take it all in.

We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Ok, let's make this easy.... This hotel is simply fantastic. From the moment you arrive in reception to check out, you aren't just a guest who's paying, you are a welcomed friend. Some of the cleanest rooms I've seen and a really awesome bathroom. I'm sure the beds won't suit everyone but for me it was terrific. The staff do make you feel that you don't want to leave. Breakfast was more than adequate with choices for all tastes. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying there again.

We stayed at this hotel in Ravenna and found it very convenient, especially because it is within easy walking distance of the train station. After a long and tiring journey, we appreciated how smooth and welcoming the check-in experience was. We had originally planned to go out for dinner, but decided to stay and eat at the hotel restaurant instead, which turned out to be a great choice. The service was excellent, and Georgiana, our waitress, was especially friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel is a great option for travelers looking for convenience, good service, and a relaxing place to unwind after a long trip. I will definitely be back.

6/10 Good

The room was comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. It was well-maintained and felt airy, which contributed to a sense of ease and comfort. The breakfast was also of at least above-average quality, offering a satisfactory selection that met expectations. While not extraordinary, it was certainly enjoyable and a good way to start the day. In addition, I appreciated the hotel’s quiet and somewhat secluded location. It was away from the busy and noisy areas, which made the overall stay more peaceful and restful. This setting was particularly suitable for those looking to unwind and enjoy a more calm atmosphere.
