2/10 Poor

We were mis sold this hotel room. The room was nothing like the photograph - The bed sheets had not been changed, there was blood and other bodily fluid on the sheets. There were dirty towels in wardrobe. And worst of all there was NO WINDOWS AND NO OCEAN VIEW - Very Disappointed.
