We had a wonderful room and stay! Our AC didn't work, but we never asked them about it or to fix it, we just left our door open. Loved the private beach and the little dock you could jump off of. Breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable: thank you!!!!

Hotel jaroal is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel with hard working staff. We had a very nice stay there, but were a little surprised about Sarandë that is really crowded. The hotel itself is a nice and quiet place, but bars and hotels in the neighborhood play very loud music, which unfortunately sometimes affects the nice atmosphere in the hotel.

The location is really good and the pool/beach area is excellent. Breakfast was good. The room was ok. A nice view of the sea and a spacious, comfortable bed. The carpet and furnishings are a little tired and don't match the price of the rooms. We stayed for an extra night but I do think it's expensive in comparison to other places in the same area.

Positives: The location is great, generally quiet, and will provide a peaceful night's sleep and walkable distance from the main strip and shops. The view and balcony is stunning. Pool and beach: clean and stunning and not too busy. The cocktails: superb mixing skills The room: spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. Negatives: Attentiveness around the pool area: There were rarely members of staff around to ask for a drink.. We were only asked once throughout our stay. Bathroom: the toilet seats are loose and smaller than the toilet, the shower is too small and the shower holder is positioned badly meaning the shower hits the top of the shower door and not the user (this can be fixed by placing an adjustable holder). Water: there were glasses in the room, but no water was provided, the room could do with water, a kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast: the meat and veg are mixed and there isn't much choice for vegetarians, this needs improving. Times could also be adjusted to an 11:00 finish. Room: the room was spacious but was outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Overall, we like the hotel but feel elements of service and care could be improved on, a little more attention on hospitality would make it a great option.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the amazing view from the spacious balcony with its glass railing and magical sunsets. The stylish design and overall atmosphere of the hotel were also a big plus. The location is excellent, right next to the beach and shopping street, and having parking directly outside the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the drinks were also excellent. The only downsides were the pool, which was a little cloudy, and the pool area, which filled up very quickly and could feel crowded. The hotel bar is a little on the expensive side, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful view, great location and stylish design.

I stayed for four nights at the Jaroal Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent welcome from Erika. She is very sweet and polite. She accompanied us and showed us our room, which, to my surprise, had a stunning view from the balcony. Ana was also very attentive to the guests and always helped us with great kindness and willingness. Another staff member, Xhentil, who works at the pool and maintenance area, was very friendly and always chatted with us. And finally, my biggest surprise was Reyner, who allowed me to have breakfast before the buffet officially opened because I had to catch an early boat from Saranda to Corfu. He is extraordinary, always keeping the breakfast buffet impeccable. Nothing was ever missing, and everything was always clean and fresh. I also loved the pool area and was simply amazed by the entire hotel. Our room was huge and had a beautiful sea view. In conclusion, I absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend it. It is also very close to the Saranda promenade.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several things. First, there was no running water during one day of my stay ,we left a day before because of that. which is completely unacceptable considering the very high price I paid. The beach was also not great at all , definitely not what was advertised. On the positive side, the service from the staff was good.For the cost, I expected much better.

O hotel é impecável! Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O que mais me encantou foi a área da piscina, com várias cadeiras disponíveis para relaxar e aproveitar a vista para o mar, um lugar realmente delicioso para descansar. A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Sarandë, com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares por perto. Dá para fazer tudo a pé e não é necessário usar o carro para sair para comer. O café da manhã também foi um dos destaques: excelente, com muitas opções e uma vista simplesmente sensacional para o mar. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa e com certeza voltaríamos!

Très bon séjour avec ma fille dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, juste au bord de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du cadre et de la vue. La chambre avait une vue incroyable, un vrai plaisir au réveil. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, avec un bon choix et des produits de qualité. Je tiens également à souligner la gentillesse(Ana) et l’accueil du personnel de la réception, ainsi que du jeune homme de la piscine, qui étaient tous très agréables et serviables. Une très belle expérience, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation

Super godt lille hotel med genial beliggenhed i forhold til havne promenaden. 10 minutters gang til det hele men alligevel i lidt fred for de mange beach clubs og barer. Vi boede på 4 sal i suiten med jacuzzi på terrassen. Nyligt opdateret værelse som i kvalitet næsten kunne gøre det ud for et 5 stjernet hotel. Pigerne i receptionen var super behjælpelige med alt. Morgenmaden var ikke den helt store oplevelse men alle kan finde noget at spise. Parkering fungerede overraskende godt selv om de ikke har så mange pladser - de flytter bilerne rundt så alle kan komme ud når det er nødvendigt.
